Job Overview

R.C. Moore, Inc., a leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, Warehousing, and Brokering, is seeking a full-time Distribution Center Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team at our Pittston, PA, location. Established in 1956, we became 100% employee owned (ESOP)in 2022. We provide a national third-party logistics network to support our various food and beverage providers, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional and timely service to all customers. Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:00 PM- 5:30 AM

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be at the center of the operation, passing directions from the office to the warehouse floor. You will work closely with drivers, customer service, and forklift operators to ensure efficient and timely workflow through the Distribution Center.

Essential Functions:

• Driver check-in/out
• Keep records of driver interactions on the daily dock schedule
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Handle driver questions/inquiries
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Process transactions and workflow through WMS system
• Process and organize daily paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work through high-stress periods at peak hours

Preferred Qualifications

• RF gun/WMS experience
• SAP experience
