As a Software Business Analyst with 5-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in defining product requirements, optimizing workflows, and making data-backed decisions across lending and financial platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with tech teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Performing gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Defining acceptance criteria and supporting UAT testing.
- Tracking product performance using data, analytics, and user behavior insights.
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive and high-conversion user journeys.
- Working closely with API vendors to integrate and optimize third-party services across the lending lifecycle.
- Collaborating with fintech partners to integrate loan products, aligning on business logic, APIs, and customer journeys.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/product companies, preferably in Fintech.
- Strong understanding of lending products such as SCF, Personal Loans, EWA, BNPL, etc.
- Experience with API integrations, system design, and data flows.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and process flows using BPMN/UML.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and Postman.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with credit bureau data like CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax.
- Understanding of FOIR, underwriting rules, and risk models.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven credit decisioning systems.
