You will be responsible for leading and managing the retail/commercial sales team. This includes handling the end-to-end sales cycle which involves sourcing, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail brands and channel partners/brokers will be crucial. You will also need to identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial spaces such as shops, showrooms, and offices. Conducting market research to stay updated on pricing trends, competitor projects, and demand-supply in local markets is essential. Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, CRM, and management for smooth execution of projects is part of your role. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and mentoring junior team members will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate Company Details: A leading Real Estate Mandate Firm Additional Details: - Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai - Salary Offered: Up To 70,000 per month - Working Time: 10:00 AM 07:00 PM - Working Days: Monday to Saturday Skills Required: - 24 years of experience in commercial real estate (retail preferred) - Strong understanding of Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Chembur real estate markets (all over Mumbai) - Proven track record in closing commercial deals You will be responsible for leading and managing the retail/commercial sales team.
