Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and automation skills, can translate requirements into robust test coverage, and is passionate about ensuring high product quality. This role involves designing and executing test plans, building automated test frameworks, performing performance and exploratory testing, and documenting outcomes with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Test Design

• Analyze product requirements, specifications, and user scenarios.
• Convert high‑level requirements into detailed, traceable test cases.
• Identify test gaps, edge cases, and quality risks early in the development cycle.

Test Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure effective coverage across functional, regression, and integration test suites.
• Troubleshoot test automation failures and improve stability and reliability.

Functional, Exploratory & Performance Testing

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected behaviors and usability issues.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using appropriate tools.
• Validate system behavior under real‑world and corner-case scenarios.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document test cases, test execution results, defects, and release readiness.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
• Create clear, concise test reports for engineering and product stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and standards.

Work Experience

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest).
• Experience with scripting/programming languages (Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS cloud platform. Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.)
