Project Manager - Silicon Engineering

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program planning, execution, and tracking for silicon projects
• Coordinate with PD, DV, DFT, Analog, Backend, and Packaging teams
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Drive customer communication, status reports (WSR), and reviews
• Ensure compliance (NDA, export control, SoW, gate reviews)
• Manage schedule, scope, resources, and delivery commitments
• Escalate issues early and drive closure with stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong program/project management experience
• Working knowledge of silicon/SoC development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage global teams and multiple workstreams
