Role Overview:

You will be responsible for executing brand marketing activities and driving customer experience initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement for our client, a global leader in industrial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all brand marketing activities following global and local guidelines.
  • Develop and adapt communication materials (collaterals, samples, displays) in alignment with global standards.
  • Lead end-to-end setup for external/internal events & conferences, including ideation, logistics, and branding.
  • Prepare post-event reports, analytics, and lead management status.
  • Evaluate and pursue opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
  • Improve brand presence and campaign execution across branches, focusing on alignment.
  • Conceptualize and execute impactful in-branch campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Handle new enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with branch and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention.

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA in Marketing.
  • 7-12 years of relevant experience with a multinational organization in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools.
  • Prior experience in working with or managing agencies/partners.
  • Ability to travel as required.
