Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Pune Division. The Volunteer will assist with sustainability projects, including research, data collection, and analysis for ESG assessments and sustainability strategies. Responsibilities include supporting client engagement tasks, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams on initiatives related to carbon credit management and renewable energy trading. The role may also require event coordination and participation in various sustainability advocacy campaigns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concepts, carbon markets, and sustainability strategies.
• Strong research and data analysis skills, including the ability to gather, process, and interpret sustainability-related data.
• Communication and collaboration skills to support client engagement, report preparation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for using web-based tools related to ESG or sustainability assessments.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a proactive approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or power trading is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and environmental advocacy is strongly preferred.
• Educational background or relevant coursework in Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, or related fields is advantageous.
