Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our New Delhi office. The role involves managing and maintaining accounts receivable records, processing invoices, tracking payments and billing activities, and engaging in effective debt collection practices. The specialist will also analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and communicate with clients to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately process and evaluate financial data
• Proficiency in finance-related tasks, including invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams
• Experience in debt collection and managing accounts receivable records
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with renewable energy or clean-tech industries is a plus
• Familiarity with MSME Regulations
