Job Title: - Product / Growth Marketer

Job Description: -

Qualysec is looking for a Product Marketer with hands-on experience in SaaS or IT product companies. The ideal candidate will have worked closely with product, sales, and growth teams to position products effectively, drive adoption, and support revenue growth. Experience in roles such as Growth Strategist, Lead Marketing, Product Marketer or Marketing Manager in a SaaS environment will be a strong advantage.

Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in a related or IT field.

Experience: -

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing within an IT / SaaS product company

· Certification or completed courses in Product Marketing

Location: - Bhubaneswar

Job Type: - Full Time

Responsibilities:-

· Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business and growth goals

· Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments

· Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches

· Work closely with product and sales teams to create sales enablement materials

· Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities

· Own product-related content such as website pages, pitch decks, case studies, and product collateral

· Track product performance, adoption metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness

· Collaborate with growth, demand generation, and content teams to improve lead quality and conversion

· Gather customer feedback and insights to support product improvements and roadmap discussions

Skills Required: -

· Prior experience as a Growth Strategist, Lead Marketer, or Marketing Manager in a SaaS company

· Strong understanding of SaaS products, customer journeys, and B2B marketing

· Experience working on product launches and feature releases

· Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
