Quality Services Moving is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Dispatcher to lead daily moving and logistics operations across Northern Virginia. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can make quick decisions, manage high volume, and take full ownership of outcomes.

This is not a low-pressure or entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate 30+ trucks and 50–100 employees daily
• Manage scheduling, routing, and real-time operational changes
• Ensure crews, equipment, and materials are deployed efficiently
• Resolve issues immediately to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction
• Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability
• Maintain communication with crews and customers throughout the day
• Perform as a hands-on leader—step in when needed to support operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, fleet management, or moving operations
• Ability to consistently start at 6:45 AM
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• Household goods / moving industry experience
• Experience managing high-volume field operations
• Leadership or supervisory background
