Quality Services Moving is hiring Forklift Operators and Warehouse Team Members to join our growing warehouse and storage operation in Lorton, VA.

Warehouse Team Member Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Wrap, pack, and prepare household goods for storage and transportation
• Stage outbound shipments and assist with truck loading operations
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and storage procedures
• Keep warehouse facilities clean, organized, and safe
• Support daily warehouse projects and operational needs

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Move furniture, storage vaults, and household goods throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage units
• Organize and secure shipments for transportation and storage
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Help maintain efficient workflow and warehouse productivity

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation to Lorton, VA
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous warehouse, logistics, moving, distribution, inventory, or general labor experience
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and inventory management
