Front Desk Agent – Hotel Experience Required (Quality Inn – Middleburg Heights, OH)
We are currently hiring a Front Desk Agent. This is a fast-paced position and requires prior hotel front desk experience.
MUST HAVE HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE – NO EXCEPTIONS
Job Duties:
- Check guests in and out accurately
- Process payments correctly (no missed charges)
- Answer phones and assist guests professionally
- Make and manage reservations (walk-ins, phone, online)
- Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports
- Communicate with housekeeping for room status
- Handle guest issues calmly and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk experience required
- Experience with hotel systems (Choice Advantage preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be reliable and on time
- Able to work independently and handle busy shifts
Work Environment
- Fast-paced hotel setting
- Must multitask and stay organized
- Must follow strict policies and procedures
Pay:
$15 – $17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Must be available some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
