As an experienced Recruitment Account Manager at Quadrant Technologies, your primary role will involve leading recruitment delivery, account operations, financial management, and client engagement for large enterprise technology accounts. You will be responsible for managing budgets, Statements of Work (SOWs), resource planning, delivery teams, and account growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure account performance meets expectations - Manage offshore recruiting, sourcing, and delivery teams effectively - Drive hiring strategies for niche and high-volume technical roles - Oversee account budgets, revenue forecasts, margins, and resource planning - Review and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), and ensure contract compliance - Track submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding processes, and delivery metrics - Maintain vendor relationships, handle escalations, and ensure operational governance - Prepare business reviews, delivery reports, forecasts, and account dashboards - Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support account growth and expansion - Ensure SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing, Account Management, or Delivery Management - Experience in managing enterprise technology accounts - Strong understanding of MSP/VMS staffing environments - Hands-on experience in managing account budgets, financial reporting, revenue tracking, and forecasting - Proven experience in reviewing and managing SOWs, Change Requests, and contract deliverables - Demonstrated ability to lead recruiters and delivery teams effectively - Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and reporting skills - Excellent analytical and operational management capabilities At Quadrant Technologies, we uphold the policy of equal employment opportunity and commit to considering all eligible candidates for employment without discrimination based on various attributes safeguarded by relevant local statutes, directives, and ordinances.
