Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Support HR and finance activities (attendance, records, invoices, etc.)
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
