Job Summary

The Food Service Attendant – Room Dining is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The role includes taking orders, setting up trays/trolleys, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and process in-room dining orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly.
• Set up trays, tables, and trolleys according to hotel standards.
• Explain menu items and answer guest questions politely.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature standards are maintained.
• Clear used trays and dining equipment from guest rooms and corridors.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory and stocking supplies when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or hospitality certification preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to carry trays and move service trolleys.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
