As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed. Key Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include * Overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads campaigns * Performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up * Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system * Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects * Preparing reports and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies * Proofreading and editing SEO blogs written by our team based in India * Managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns * Coordinating tasks with other team members to ensure seamless project delivery Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have * Excellent written English * Facebook Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns) * Google Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns) * Proven experience with an English-speaking employer or clients * Excellent organisational skills * Ability to work independently and be self-directed * Willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance * Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power) * Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have * Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up * Google Certification * Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software Percentage Breakdown of Tasks The breakdown of tasks for this role is as follows * FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%) * Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%) * Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%) * Graphic design (10%) * General Admin (10%) * Report Preparation (5%) * SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%) * Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%) Perks As a member of our team, you can expect * A fun, flexible, and fast-paced work environment * Highly competitive salary based on experience, plus a quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th Month Bonus * Additional Performance-Based Bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Growth opportunities within the company * A loyal and respectful work environment How to Apply If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about digital marketing, customer support, and general administration, we'd love to hear from you!
