We’re supporting a leading colocation data center provider in Northern Virginia as they expand their mission-critical operations team.

This is a senior-level opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile site within one of the most active data center markets globally.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring 100% uptime across critical infrastructure, leading engineering teams, and driving operational excellence across power, cooling, and resilience systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of critical systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, electrical distribution)
• Leading and developing on-site engineering teams
• Managing vendors and maintenance programs
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards
• Supporting capacity planning and site growth

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in data center or critical environment facilities management
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Experience managing teams within mission-critical environments
• Familiarity with redundancy models (N+1, 2N, etc.)
• Background in colocation or hyperscale environments preferred
