About Qoro

Qoro is a growing startup focused on connecting customers with verified and qualified service providers in their area (Security system technician, electrician, plumber etc.). We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help build our online presence and create engaging content across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, creating content, editing videos, and helping a startup grow from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
• Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Assist with filming content when needed
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed
• Track basic performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the founder on content ideas, campaigns, and brand messaging

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, personal brand, or organization
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with Canva or equivalent design tools
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok best practices
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience filming content using a smartphone or camera
• Experience working with startups or small businesses
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content strategy
