Role Overview

At QI Spine, copy is not decoration — it’s care, clarity, and conviction.

We’re looking for a Copy Lead who can own content end-to-end across brand, performance, SEO, and patient journeys. This is a player–coach role for someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally, lead creatively, and build deep emotional trust with patients — while still driving measurable growth. You’ll shape how millions of patients understand pain, treatment, and recovery — with credibility, warmth, and precision.

What You’ll Own

Brand, Performance & Patient Communication

• Own all patient-facing copy across social media, performance ads, landing pages, SEO content, CRM, and in-clinic communication
• Write high-impact copy for ads, reels, scripts, CTAs, and performance creatives across digital channels

SEO & Content Strategy

• Lead SEO content strategy across condition pages, treatment pages, blogs, and educational content while balancing search intent with human clarity
• Drive monthly content planning aligned with brand goals, performance objectives, and patient journey stages

Brand Storytelling & Emotional Resonance

• Develop ideas and campaigns that build trust, reduce patient fear, and humanize the brand experience
• Ensure every communication reflects empathy, credibility, and clarity

Creative Direction & Campaign Execution

• Lead scripts, shoot concepts, doctor/patient storytelling, and on-set copy direction
• Partner closely with design teams to ensure visuals and copy work together to maximize emotional impact and engagement

Team Leadership & Quality Control

• Mentor junior writers and freelancers to maintain high editorial and creative standards
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication channels
