Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Construction Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality and safety standards at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols
• Handle site workforce, attendance, and productivity
• Inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when required
• Manage material usage, inventory, and procurement coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Reporting
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
