Role Overview:
As an Engineer - Aspen HYS at Pyrogreen Energy Private Limited, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing chemical processes using Aspen HYSYS software. Your daily tasks will involve process modeling, simulation, and optimization of chemical operations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot plant operations and design workflows for efficiency improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to execute projects and ensure technical excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize chemical processes using Aspen HYSYS software
- Conduct process modeling, simulation, and optimization of chemical operations
- Troubleshoot plant operations and design workflows for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects
- Ensure technical excellence in all projects
Qualification Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Process Engineering and proficiency with Aspen HYSYS software
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for process optimization
- Experience working in the Chemical Industry and familiarity with industry standards
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present technical information
- Practical Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with process development and testing
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
