As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

About The Role
Our Marketing Senior Consultants will use their strong foundations in campaign delivery, performance analysis, and cross-channel execution to support Marketing Managers in the delivery of C&M marketing programs and campaigns.
In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by:
Campaign Development
- Working with various Marketing Managers to provide integrated, end-to-end campaign development from strategy through to execution to help achieve marketing objectives
- Executing on go-to-market approach that best meets the marketing program goals, leveraging best practice principles
Program Coordination & Execution
- Coordinating and executing marketing programs and projects to meet agreed deadlines, on budgets and with clear metrics.
- Agility and flexibility to manage activity across multiple streams
Agency & Supplier Management
- Briefing and project managing internal and external agencies and suppliers – research, communications, paid media and advertising, copywriting, web, design, social media, events, podcasts, publishers etc.
Event & Content Management
- Delivering activations at events and conferences; content curation; multi-channel campaigns and post-implementation reporting
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Coordinating key internal and external stakeholders, relationships and partnerships.
Content Development
- Supporting the development and curation of content for owned, internal and external channels including website, media, eDMs, social and digital platforms and internal microsite(s)
Performance Analysis & Strategy
- Evaluating the success of overall programs and projects (digital or otherwise) through the analysis of various data points to present actionable insights and inform future marketing strategy, operations and tactics
Communication
- Supporting on internal and external communications for campaign awareness and engagement activities with key stakeholder groups within the firm.
Process Improvement & Optimisation
- Evolving, enhancing and optimising marketing best practices to deliver a superior client experience and create operating efficiencies
- Champion the use of Salesforce as a CRM tool
- Embrace agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics
- Ensure all brand, risk & legal compliance is adhered to
About You
- Formal qualifications in marketing or communications.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to take direction from multiple Campaign Leads, and proactively manage timelines and deliverables across commitments
- Understanding of and experience in delivering integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong digital knowledge and skills across marketing-related platforms, ideally Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms.
- Ability to drive and own key aspects of campaigns, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the team.
- A strong, data-driven project manager, who is highly collaborative, builds relationships, wit h the ability to manage multiple programs of work.
- High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firm’s best practice marketing.
- Experience and curiosity to leverage AI to drive campaign performance, uncover insights, and bring innovative approaches to our work.
- Strong project management experience, including budget management
- Highly analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots
