Job Description

As a Product Analyst Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of sales and inventory data across various supply chain systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning end-to-end data accuracy and reconciliation for assigned supply chain pods across WMS, SAP S/4HANA, and other integrated systems.
  • Monitoring, validating, and analyzing sales and inventory data flows to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Writing and executing SQL and Python scripts for identifying mismatches, root cause analysis, and scalable fixes.
  • Debugging and resolving system-level discrepancies in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track supply chain processes and system performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive issue resolution and improve system workflows.
  • Identifying recurring problem patterns and defining structured action plans for elimination.
  • Contributing to data quality and system improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Documenting data flows and recurring issues to enable knowledge sharing and scalability.
  • Translating data insights into clear problem statements and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting solution scoping with Product Managers and driving improvement initiatives from analysis to execution.

Qualifications and Skills required for this role:

  • 24 years of experience in analytics and product roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to drive problems from identification to resolution.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to connect data insights to practical system or process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
  • BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute. MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
