Job Description
As a Product Analyst Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of sales and inventory data across various supply chain systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning end-to-end data accuracy and reconciliation for assigned supply chain pods across WMS, SAP S/4HANA, and other integrated systems.
- Monitoring, validating, and analyzing sales and inventory data flows to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Writing and executing SQL and Python scripts for identifying mismatches, root cause analysis, and scalable fixes.
- Debugging and resolving system-level discrepancies in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track supply chain processes and system performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive issue resolution and improve system workflows.
- Identifying recurring problem patterns and defining structured action plans for elimination.
- Contributing to data quality and system improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Documenting data flows and recurring issues to enable knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Translating data insights into clear problem statements and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting solution scoping with Product Managers and driving improvement initiatives from analysis to execution.
Qualifications and Skills required for this role:
- 24 years of experience in analytics and product roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- High ownership mindset and ability to drive problems from identification to resolution.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to connect data insights to practical system or process improvements.
- Strong communication skills to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute. MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
