Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct store audits for stock, cash, consumables, and documentation as per defined schedules.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, pilferage, or non-compliance issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to cash management, stock transfer, and billing SOPs.
- Perform surprise checks and ensure adherence to company security and operational policies.
- Analyze shrinkage data, identify trends, and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor CCTV footage, access controls, and high-risk transactions for any irregularities.
- Train store staff on loss prevention awareness and SOP compliance.
- Prepare and share detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support investigations and coordinate with HR for disciplinary closures.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, audits, and inventory control
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and audit documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Audit, Loss Prevention, or Store Operations
- Experience in multi-store audits or regional retail chains preferred

- Shrinkage % reduction vs previous audit
- Timely submission and quality of audit reports
- Closure rate of identified non-compliances
- Improvement in store SOP adherence scores
