About The Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst – Supply Chain to join our Product team, focused on building and maintaining a reliable, single source of truth across our supply chain systems.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, product, and operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency of sales and inventory data across systems such as our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP S/4HANA, and other integrated platforms.
You will take end-to-end ownership of data integrity for defined supply chain pods, proactively identifying discrepancies, resolving root causes, and driving long-term improvements in system reliability.
Alongside core analytics responsibilities, you will gain exposure to problem-solving and execution, contributing to solution design and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data accuracy and reconciliation for assigned supply chain pods across WMS, SAP S/4HANA, and other integrated systems.
- Monitor, validate, and analyze sales and inventory data flows, ensuring consistency and reliability across platforms.
- Write and execute SQL and Python scripts to identify mismatches, perform root cause analysis, and enable scalable fixes.
- Debug and resolve system-level discrepancies, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory positions, stock movements, reconciliation health, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, drive issue resolution, and improve system workflows.
- Identify recurring problem patterns and define structured action plans to eliminate them at the source.
- Contribute to a rolling pipeline of data quality and system improvement initiatives, aligned with business priorities.
- Document data flows, system behaviour, and recurring issues to enable knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Translate data insights and recurring issues into clear problem statements and improvement opportunities.
- Work with Product Managers to support solution scoping and validate the impact of implemented changes.
- Take ownership of small, well-defined improvement initiatives, driving them from analysis to execution support.
Desired Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics and product roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets, with the ability to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- High ownership mindset, with the ability to independently drive problem statements from identification to resolution.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, working across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Ability to connect data insights to practical system or process improvements.
- Interest in product thinking and solving business problems with data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute. MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Gain
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Supply Chain, and Technology.

- Structured exposure to product problem-solving and execution, with a pathway towards an Associate Product Manager (APM) role.
