Role Description

Pureflames Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Kerala. This on-site role involves performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of home appliances. The technician will also provide field service, assist customers with product inquiries, and ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently. Additionally, the role requires proper documentation of service activities and collaboration with the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of appliances
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in conducting Field Service and on-site repairs
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet service goals
• Technical certification or diploma in relevant fields, such as Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, is preferred
• Previous experience in the appliance service industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards in appliance servicing
