Your Role:
As a Pure Barre Fitness Instructor, you will be at the forefront of empowering up to 20 participants through the invigorating Pure Barre journey, guiding them towards achieving their fitness aspirations. Your role is pivotal in cultivating an environment where clients can push boundaries, surpass limits, and emerge stronger with every class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a minimum of 5 classes per week across varied schedules, demonstrating flexibility and availability to cater to our clients' needs.
- Meticulously craft and deliver seamless workouts by diligently planning and preparing for each class, ensuring an impactful and rewarding experience.
- Embrace quarterly choreography changes to keep classes fresh, engaging, and exhilarating.
- Contribute to the studio's welcoming ambiance by assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Infuse classes with high energy, demonstrating exercises with precision, and motivating participants to push beyond their comfort zones.
