This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with departments, improving patient experience, and supporting management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
• Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, billing, and front office
• Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting time
• Handle patient complaints and ensure resolution
• Support HR activities like staff coordination and attendance
• Maintain reports on hospital performance and operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Assist management in planning and improving processes

Requirements

• MBA (Hospital Administration / Healthcare / General Management)
• 1–3 years experience in hospital administration preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle pressure in a hospital environment
