Work Model: Hybrid (Work from Office on 2days, remote on other days)We are seeking a talented

WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, with a willingness to learn and grow in other front-end technologies like React if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress plugins to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom WordPress themes from scratch.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress developments and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress plugin and theme development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with WordPress APIs, hooks, and filters.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Ability to debug and resolve website issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js (training can be provided if required).
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce integration.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Basic understanding of web hosting and server configurations.

Work Environment

• Hybrid Work Schedule: Work from Office (WFO) on Mondays and Fridays, and Work from Home (WFH) on other days.
• Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
