Learn more at <a href="http://www.Pearce-Services.com"><strong>www.Pearce-Services.com</strong></a> and <a href="http://www.Pearce-Renewables.com"><strong>www.Pearce-Renewables.com</strong></a>.</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Permitting Research Executive</strong> supports the Planning, Design, and Permitting teams by conducting research and gathering information required for project planning and approvals.</p> <p>This role involves researching permit requirements, reviewing land records and plats, coordinating with jurisdictions and utility providers, and preparing documentation to support permitting and design teams.</p> <p>Candidates with strong research, analytical, and communication skills are encouraged to apply.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Planning and Permitting teams by conducting research on permit requirements and jurisdictional guidelines.</li> <li>Perform <strong>plat research and land record reviews</strong> and assist in obtaining required documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect project-related information.</li> <li>Assist in requesting and organizing utility data and maintaining documentation.</li> <li>Contact jurisdictions to gather information on local engineering standards and permitting requirements.</li> <li>Review available information related to <strong>ROW (Right of Way), easements, and property ownership</strong> to identify potential constraints.</li> <li>Prepare and organize documentation to support permit engineers and design teams.</li> <li>Research previously approved permits or public records when required information is not readily available.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems.</li> <li>Support internal processes and ensure proper documentation and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Proficiencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>research and analytical skills</strong></li> <li>Good documentation and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to review and interpret basic technical documents, maps, or GIS data (preferred)</li> <li>Strong <strong>English communication skills</strong>, both written and verbal</li> <li>Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills</li> <li>Basic knowledge of <strong>telecom, GIS, CAD, or permitting systems</strong> is a plus but not required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, GIS, or a related field preferred</strong>, but not mandatory</li> <li>Candidates with <strong>strong research, coordination, and documentation skills</strong> are encouraged to apply</li> <li>Willingness to <strong>learn permitting processes and telecom project workflows</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
