<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Support Assistant – Solar Services</strong></p> <p><strong><br>Department:</strong> Solar Services / Operations<br><strong>Location:</strong> Mohali, Hyderabad<br><strong>Experience:</strong> - 0-1 Year<br><strong>Tools:</strong> GIS (mandatory), OnPath, MS Excel, Reporting tools<br><br></p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>We are seeking an <strong>Operations Support Assistant – Solar Services</strong> with strong experience in <strong>GIS tools</strong> to support solar projects from initiation through closeout. The role focuses on QAQC coordination, production tracking, reporting, and operational support for Project Managers and daily day-to-day Backoffice support activities.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support project setup, QAQC requirements, and production planning</li> <li>Track field progress, QAQC trends, and production metrics</li> <li>Maintain GIS/OnPath data accuracy and work order tracking</li> <li>Review DWRs, change orders, and service reports</li> <li>Generate weekly project and performance reports</li> <li>Conduct regular check‑ins with Project Managers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong Knowledge with <strong>GIS tools</strong> (mandatory)</li> <li>Knowledge of solar operations/field services</li> <li>Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills</li> <li>Experience with <strong>OnPath or similar project management systems.</strong></li> <li>Exposure to Solar Field Services, Solar Equipment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS and Other REQUIREMENTS</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Outstanding customer service skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong ability to follow up and follow through&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent ability to multitask&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Available to work nights and weekends when needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Graduate in any field / Non Tech</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li> </ul>
