Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (India)

Location: Gurgaon | Experience 3-5 Years

We are hiring for a leading Japanese healthcare company trading in pharma/medical products, known for its strong legacy of quality, precision, and innovation.

About the Role

This role will work closely with the Finance leadership team, driving financial planning, analysis, and business decision support for the India market. You will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and delivering actionable insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process, including stakeholder alignment and submission to global teams
• Deliver financial analysis & insights aligned with business strategy
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor gross margins, pricing impact, and identify margin leakages
• Track inventory ageing and drive working capital efficiency
• Support pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysis
• Collaborate across teams on finance and commercial initiatives
• Improve reporting and forecasting using Excel, Power BI & Power Query

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with FP&A exposure (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Excel & Power BI (mandatory)
• Exposure to SAP / D365 / Power Query is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Qualification

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
