Location: Malad, Mumbai
CTC: Up to INR 4.80 LPA
Prudentia Learning Solutions is hiring a Sales & Service Trainer for a leading telecom company. As a strategic training partner, we are looking for an energetic and capable professional to be deployed at the client’s Mumbai office in Malad.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach new joiners on sales, service, and store operations.
- Deliver sales coaching interventions for the frontline sales team.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training to enhance customer experience and store performance.
- Travel outside Mumbai as per business and training requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, service, retail operations, or training will be preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Willingness to travel.
