Job Description

As a Senior Manager-Client Servicing-Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of corporate clients. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the delivery strategy to ensure customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with key corporate customers.
  • Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and making appropriate adjustments necessary to meet client needs.
  • Utilizing various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings.
  • Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensuring that the agreed deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers.
  • Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in Client service.
  • Any Insurance Qualification/certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead large teams.
