Client: Large MNC Bank

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year Extendable based on performance)

Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years

Industry Preference: Banking / Financial Services / Insurance (Insurance exposure is a plus)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join a leading MNC bank. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution of queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of banking processes/products
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
