Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join a leading MNC bank. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution of queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of banking processes/products
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
