Customer Service Representative/Order Entry (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Leading Canadian company is looking for dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Mississauga office. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to the customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will has IN-OFFICE B2B and/or B2C customer service experience, strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Temporary possibly to Permanent
Compensation: $22-$25/hr depending on experience
Location: Mississauga, ON (border Oakville, ON)
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Process order in EDI portals and SAGE.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and order entry.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing and resolving issues.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending additional products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and support company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a customer service role (E-commerce)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Both B2B and B2C experience.
- CRM, ERP experience.
- SAGE experience considered an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Experience with SOP's, and other computer systems.
