Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Lead Data Scientist (Predictive Analytics) | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Predictive Workforce Analytics [NSF0115115]

Predictive Workforce Analytics: Implement and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI, Tableau) and appropriate machine learning tools, in coordination with OCIO and existing data architecture. Lead Data Scientist (Predictive Analytics) Candidates work to facilitate Predictive Workforce Analytics delivering Data Management & Business Intelligence - Predictive Workforce Analytics through Drive predictions | lead models | enable forecasting. Further, they Develop predictive models and forecasting for workforce planning.
