Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Transport / Fleet Manager to handle daily logistics operations, vehicle movement, and coordination with drivers and vendors. This role requires strong on-ground execution and operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage fleet operations (trucks, vehicles, dispatch planning)

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and vendors

Ensure timely loading/unloading and delivery of goods

Track vehicle movement and optimize routes

Handle documentation, challans, and compliance

Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience in logistics / transport / fleet handling preferred

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / transport systems

Ability to handle field work and operations pressure

Graduate / experienced candidates preferred
