The Market Advisor (Site Specialist) role is an on-ground advisory position, acting as the face of Propsoch during property visits. You will guide homebuyers through site visits, help them evaluate projects, and provide unbiased insights to simplify their homebuying journey. Market Advisors are supported by a strong Research & Intelligence team that provides market insights, project analysis, and data-backed recommendations.

What Youll Do

Guide homebuyers during property site visits and help them evaluate projects on the ground

Provide clear, unbiased insights to help customers make informed decisions

Track market trends, project developments, and pricing in the Bangalore real estate market

Build strong relationships with developers and stay updated on inventory and project updates

Deliver a trust-based, pressure-free advisory experience during every interaction

Who This Role Is Ideal For

Preferred Background

Graduate in any discipline (Civil Engineering or related field / relevant industry experience is an added advantage)

02 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, consulting, hospitality, or real estate preferred)

Based in Bangalore and comfortable with daily on-ground travel across project sites

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory

Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills

Curious mindset with an interest in real estate and market dynamics
