Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: IT Support Head
Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days a Week)
Core Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide first-level technical support via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Ensure quick resolution or proper escalation of unresolved issues
2. System Installation & Configuration
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, basic Linux)
- Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Assist in software installation and updates
3. User Account & Access Management
- Handle password resets and user account-related issues
- Manage basic access permissions and user configurations
4. Network & Connectivity Support
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity)
- Identify and resolve connectivity issues for end users

5. Helpdesk & Ticket Management
- Monitor, update, and manage helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tickets
6. Application Support
- Provide support for applications like MS Office, email systems, and other business tools
- Assist users with basic technical queries and usage issues
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking
- Understanding of Windows OS and MS Office tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support / helpdesk role
