Job Description
As an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator at Propel Pro, a sports technology company, your role will be crucial in supporting the CEO in various operational tasks. This Part-Time, Remote-Friendly contract role requires you to dedicate 20 hours per week or more, with a compensation range of $25$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the CEO's calendar and ensure its efficient management.
- Keep project management tools like Monday.com up to date.
- Capture and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure completion.
- Collaborate with different departments, including partnerships, product, legal coordination, and creative.
- Assist in preparing the CEO for important meetings by creating presentations and briefing materials.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by understanding priorities without explicit instructions.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in executive assistance, chief-of-staff roles, or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced small company.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations and briefing documents.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent written communication skills as you will be representing the company externally.
- Experience in managing project tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar for others, not just for personal tasks.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment.
- Knowledge of the New York area is advantageous but not mandatory.
- While experience in sports, coaching, or athlete development is beneficial, a proactive and ownership-driven mindset is more crucial for this role.
