Key Responsibilities
- Draft process narratives, SOPs, step-by-step procedures, and supporting descriptions.
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, glossaries, and appendices.
- Ensure consistency across all documents through structured templates and version control.
- Translate complex SAP and grant compliance concepts into accessible content.
- Incorporate feedback from SAP, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
- Finalize, format, and prepare the complete manual for delivery.
