We specialize in scroll-stopping video ads and short-form content that build meaningful connections between brands and their audience. Our mission is simple: produce a Super Bowl ad. If you want to lead the camera when it happens, this opportunity is for you.

What’s the Job?

We're looking for a Lead Cinematographer who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments, loves crafting engaging video content, and isn't afraid to try new things. Someone who brings their own creative perspective to the table and is always looking to grow.

In this role, you'll work alongside a Creative Director to brainstorm, shoot, and edit high-end productions for our clients' brands. You'll be hands-on in pre-production, production, and post-production, with a heavy focus on editing and colour grading, ensuring the end result is sharp, on brand, and delivering measurable impact.

If you're passionate about storytelling, love pushing creative boundaries, and want to be part of a team that supports that energy, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Collaboration & Brainstorming

  • Bring your own creative vision while staying open to collaboration and feedback.
  • Stay current with trends and techniques to keep our work sharp and competitive.

Video Production

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos (ads, website videos, etc) for our clients.
  • Create lighting plans, shot lists, and equipment lists for larger productions.
  • Ensure every shoot is organized, efficient, and delivers high-value content.

Post-Production & Delivery

  • Edit, colour grade, sound mix, and finalize content for a polished and professional finish.
  • Organize and manage project files and assets to keep workflows clean.
  • Maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising quality.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You know how to make a shot look great and tell a compelling story.
  • You work fast, smart, and efficiently. You get the shot and move with purpose.
  • You thrive in a team environment and collaborate well with other creatives.
  • You understand lighting, composition and pacing to create high-end brand campaigns.
  • You have experience with cinematography and leading a production team

Must Have Skills:

  • Editing - Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve

  • Cinematography experience - Lighting, leading a team, collaborating with a director

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience flying a drone.
  • Experience with cinema cameras.
  • Grip experience.
  • On-set audio experience.
  • Sound design experience.

What’s in It for You?

  • Growth & Learning: We hire for talent and potential, not just the role. We want to hear about your ideal future and help you develop the skills to get there.
  • Creative Freedom: Your ideas matter, and you’ll have the space to pitch, create, and experiment.
  • Benefits: Access to a health spending account with a variety of coverage options.
