Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing, Social Media & Brand Strategy)

Up to $85,000 Annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)
Job Overview
Prolase Medispa is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager / Content Marketing Manager to lead all marketing strategy and execution across three medical spa locations in Northern Virginia.
This role is responsible for full-cycle marketing management including social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing strategy, SEO, website management, paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads), lead generation, email marketing, SMS marketing, brand management, reputation management, analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary steward of the Prolase Medispa brand and ensure all marketing efforts directly support lead generation, client acquisition, retention, membership growth, and revenue performance.
This is a full-time, in-office position only.
- No remote work

- Must be available on-site across Falls Church, Fairfax, and Sterling locations
- Must be able to travel between locations for content creation, events, and marketing support
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a well-rounded digital marketer with experience in both:
1. Content + Social Media Marketing
- Social media strategy and management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Content creation (video, photography, reels, graphics, captions)
- Content planning and monthly content calendars
- Engagement management and community interaction
- Brand storytelling and visual content creation
AND 2. Full-Stack Digital Marketing
- Marketing strategy and campaign development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and local SEO
- Website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC campaigns)
- Lead generation and conversion tracking
- Email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns
- CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, campaign reporting)
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns
- Track KPIs including leads, conversions, bookings, and ROI
- Identify growth opportunities across digital channels and local markets
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create high-quality marketing content (video, photography, reels, graphics, educational content)
- Maintain content calendars and brand consistency across all locations
- Capture on-site content at clinics, events, and treatment sessions
- Engage with audience and manage online community presence
SEO, Website & Digital Presence
- Manage and update website content (services, blogs, promotions, providers, landing pages)
- Improve SEO performance and search visibility
- Manage local listings (Google Business Profile, directories, citations)
- Optimize website conversion rates and user experience
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting campaigns, and PPC strategy
- Manage lead generation campaigns and performance tracking
- Optimize cost per lead and conversion rates
- Support email, SMS, referral, and reactivation campaigns
Events, Brand & Community Marketing
- Plan and execute events, open houses, and promotional campaigns
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
- Support brand awareness and local marketing initiatives
- Represent Prolase Medispa at events when needed
Analytics, Reporting & Reputation Management
- Track marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign ROI
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership
- Monitor online reviews and reputation across platforms
- Support review generation and client satisfaction initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 annual base salary

Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or growth marketing
- Experience managing business social media accounts professionally

- Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and marketing funnels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or luxury services is a plus
