Job Title: Talking Head Video Editor (Short-Form Content)

Location: On-site - Mumbai

Role Overview:

We’re looking for 5 skilled Talking Head Video Editor to create high-impact short-form content for some of the country’s top founders. If you understand pacing, storytelling, and how to keep audiences hooked in under 60 seconds, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) from talking head footage
• Add dynamic cuts, captions, motion graphics, and sound design to boost retention
• Collaborate closely with founders and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Maintain a strong sense of narrative, timing, and visual consistency
• Optimize videos for different social platforms

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Prior experience working in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form/talking head content
• Deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience editing content for personal brands or founders
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing
• Motion graphics skills
