Role Summary

As an IAM Specialist, you will be a core part of the team managing identity and privileged access for Clearwater Paper. Your primary focus will be on securing high-value access through BeyondTrust solutions, ensuring that the principle of least privilege is enforced across our corporate and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Privileged Access Management (PAM): Administer and optimize the BeyondTrust PAM environment to secure administrative credentials.
• Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM): Manage BeyondTrust EPM policies to remove local admin rights while maintaining user productivity.
• Identity Lifecycle: Support the broader IAM team in managing user identities, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Audit & Compliance: Perform regular access reviews and provide documentation for internal and external audits regarding privileged access.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a specialized pool of 4.5 FTEs to ensure identity security across the enterprise.

Required Experience & Skills

• Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust (EPM & PAM) is required.
• Core Identity: Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Security Mindset: Deep understanding of Zero Trust architectures and identity-based attack vectors.
• Industry Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity and IAM.

Operational Requirements

• Working Hours: This role operates during EST business hours to ensure seamless alignment with US stakeholders.
• Experience Level: 7–10 Years.
• Open Positions: Part of a 4.5 FTE pool.
