As a UX designer supporting our Commercial Lines Acquisition Experience team, you'll focus on designing seamless, intuitive digital experiences that simplify and enhance the process of acquiring commercial insurance products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, business partners, and fellow designers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. Additionally, you'll influence how small to mid-sized businesses interact with our insurance offerings, ensuring that the acquisition journey is efficient, accessible, and user-friendly.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH) roughly three to four times per year.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services

Preferred skills

  • Experience designing complex digital workflows, ideally in insurance, financial services, and/or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with design systems
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, tutorialization, as well as analytics tools (e.g., FLAGr, WalkMe, etc.)

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
