If you enjoy helping others and flourish in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Progressive’s insurance agent position in our Commercial Lines Sales Department. In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with our business customers through high-volume inbound calls – no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist our business customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their business needs. Bring your active Sales Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on our business customers. Join our Commercial Lines Sales team at Progressive and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- Active Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Schedule: This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek. Schedules will include Saturday with a combination of weekdays, working evening hours after completion of training.
Work from home office requirements
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
- Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
- All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
Compensation
- $22.00 per hour
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
