As a senior Salesforce administrator on our Digital Customer Communication team, you’ll customize, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions in our Financial Services Cloud organization. Applying Salesforce capabilities and industry guidelines, you’ll ensure the platform drives long-term success and meets evolving business needs. You’ll prioritize delivering secure, high-quality solutions that are both scalable and efficient, supporting the organization's growth as we onboard additional user groups and new functionality. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, business systems analysts, and developers to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Participation in the on-call support rotation required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business-related discipline (such as MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of related work experience in technical tool administration that involves creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.
  • In lieu of the above combination of education and experience, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration experience creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.

Preferred skills

  • Deep expertise with Salesforce products and platform capabilities, including Platform Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Sharing Settings, Case Management, Data Management, User Management, and Shield.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Administrator II and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Advocacy for Salesforce best practices and standard methodologies, ensuring scalability and long-term technical health of the overall Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Compensation

  • $98,000-$114,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
