Job Title: AI Filmmaker (Content & Client Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Filmmaker to join 11th Hour Productions as an early team member. This is a hands-on role focused on executing client content using emerging AI-driven workflows.

You will work closely with the founder to create high-quality visual content while also helping shape the foundation of a new AI-led production pipeline. As the team grows, this role has the potential to evolve into leading a small AI content studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on client content using our AI-based workflow
• Help turn ideas and briefs into visual content
• Assist in basic editing and finishing of videos
• Generate and test creative ideas quickly
• Follow instructions and improve output based on feedback
• Maintain speed, consistency, and attention to detail in your work
• Collaborate closely with the founder on day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of filmmaking (framing, shots, storytelling)
• Basic to intermediate editing skills
• Strong imagination and visual thinking ability
• Good command of language (English + Malayalam preferred)
• Fast typing speed and ability to work efficiently with prompts/tools
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently
• Interest in AI, content creation, and new media

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience with AI tools (image/video generation, editing, etc.)
• Experience working on social media or ad content
• Understanding of visual trends and internet culture
